Ch\u1ee5p CT l\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p r\u1ea5t nh\u1ea1y c\u1ea3m \u0111\u1ec3 x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u1ed5i ngay l\u1eadp t\u1ee9c v\u00e0 th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ea9n \u0111o\u00e1n, tuy nhi\u00ean ph\u1ea7n l\u1edbn t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng ch\u1ec9 th\u1ea5y tr\u00ean CT l\u00e0 nh\u1eb9 v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 kh\u00f4ng li\u00ean quan l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng [10].<\/p>\n<h2>Bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng v\u00e0 t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u00e2u d\u00e0i<\/h2>\n<p>B\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n b\u1ecb g\u00e3y \u0111a s\u01b0\u1eddn ho\u1eb7c l\u1ed3ng ng\u1ef1c tr\u00f4i c\u00f3 nguy c\u01a1 cao g\u1eb7p c\u00e1c bi\u1ebfn ch\u1ee9ng h\u00f4 h\u1ea5p nh\u01b0 vi\u00eam ph\u1ed5i, sepsis v\u00e0 c\u1ea7n h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 th\u00f4ng kh\u00ed c\u01a1 h\u1ecdc. Vi\u00eam ph\u1ed5i v\u00e0 sepsis l\u00e0 hai nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n t\u1eed vong ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1ea5t \u1edf b\u1ec7nh nh\u00e2n n\u00e0y, b\u1ea5t k\u1ec3 h\u1ecd \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb ph\u1eabu thu\u1eadt hay kh\u00f4ng [14].<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u00eam nhi\u1ec5m c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n d\u01b0\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u h\u00ecnh th\u1ee9c, t\u1eeb vi\u00eam nhi\u1ec5m v\u1ebft th\u01b0\u01a1ng n\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ebfn s\u00e2u, vi\u00eam m\u1ee7 m\u00e0ng ph\u1ed5i v\u00e0 vi\u00eam ph\u1ed5i.
